“Snefro Pearl - Pearl of the ocean. It was our first time in a Liveaboard so chose Snefro Pearl for our mini safari. We had no idea what to expect. What if we didn’t like the people? What if the food gave us tummy problems? What if the guide wasn’t great and the diving would be ruined? What if we didn’t like the boat? We couldn’t get off? We had all these worries…… Snefro Pearl literally made every single one of these worries disappear. They picked us up from the hotel at the time they arranged with us (always a good start to the trip to come) they had an hour briefing in the lounge with everyone on board whilst they brought out luggage into the boat. Dinner was ready for us to unpack sit and chill and just meet everyone. The food was impeccable! Absolutely on point. Lots of it and different varieties. So far so good. Cabins were fresh clean and comfy. We had booked diving course on the safari our dive guide for the whole trip was Alaa! He was amazing, calm, patient very knowledgeable and tried to show us everything he could possibly find in the water which was awesome. My partner is a dive master and he learned from Alaas experience too. The deck crew were in hand with equipment helped you on the boat, put your fins on, refilled cylinders and 3 were there every time you kitted up to help when you needed bit statues out the way until then. Drinks were offered as you came up from every dive and the bell rang 15 mins after for the next meal. Every dive (3-4 a day) our room was cleaned and bin emptied and our towels put into another pretty shape to signal they’d been in and refreshed. We had a zodiac to take us out to dive sites too, so had some dives where we entered the water but rolling back off the side which I hadn’t done before so was really exciting. Eqypt coral and for the abundance of fish was the best I’ve experienced I swam through schools of glass fish and there was never down time where there wasn’t any fish to look at at all there were thousands all the time! Great dive sites, great boat, great people - never want another land holiday again!! Thank you Snefro Pearl and Liveaboard.”
