Ras Mohammed dive guide, best time to dive, and what to expect

Ras Mohammed is a protected marine area at the southern tip of the Sinai Peninsula, where the Gulf of Aqaba and Gulf of Suez meet. Its dramatic walls, current-swept reefs and abundant marine life include famous sites such as Shark Reef, Yolanda Reef, Anemone City and Jackfish Alley.

Site selection varies with the liveaboard itinerary and prevailing sea conditions.

Best time to dive: Year-round; April to June and September to November are particularly popular.
