“Best I’ve done. From the moment we stepped on board to the moment we stepped off, the crew were all completely focussed on making the trip one to remember. The standard of professionalism, attention to detail, subject matter knowledge, helpfulness, patience and ‘sense of humour’ were consistent both on the boat and in the water. What was also impressive was the passing of information and that everyone knew what was happening and when. The safety of diving in and out of the water was at a very high standard. It was a confidence builder for the less experienced divers who could see they were in safe hands. This is the first Liveaboard trip that I have said I would come back and do again. Of the 15+ trips I’ve done over the years on liveaboards, this was the best I’ve been on. Well done Luca, Daria, Ketut and Desi and all the rest of the crew. Brilliant.”
Recommended for: Variety and quantity of things we saw underwater; Whale Sharks, Manta, Frig Fish, Bob Tail Squid, Bottletail Squid, Marbled Ray, Pigmy Seahorse, Scorpion Leaf fish, Octopus, Reef Sharks, Moray etc etc. Crew and Dive Guides. Mermaid II Liveaboard Boat Features Review

The Mermaid II Liveaboard provides audio and video entertainment in the lounge so you can relax between dives and attend review briefings in comfort. In addition, it has an indoor saloon, which is air conditioned, so you can stay cool between dives and stay out of the wind and sun. What’s more, it has free WIFI internet onboard, which means you can stay up to date with your emails and social media whilst on your dive trip.
You’ll also find it provides charging stations for phones, laptops, torches and underwater cameras so your batteries are topped up, which means your dive kit is always ready for the next dive. Also, it has a sun deck for those who love to sunbathe after each dive and to build that sun tan, a leisure deck with shade and seating, which is perfect for surface intervals and relaxation. Plus, it maintains a near one to one crew to guest ratio, which supports quick service and strong safety cover.
On top of that, it features an observation deck, ideal for horizon watching, wildlife spotting and night sky views.
