Time for turtle laying season on the Great Barrier Reef
Quote from Russell on 12/11/2018, 10:00 pmNovember is the time for turtle laying on the Great Barrier Reef.
Turtles are seen hauling themselves out onto the beeches around the north east coast of Australia and around the islands in the Great Barrier Reef.
When the turtles are laying and coming out of the water to lay their eggs, there are more in the waters to see whilst scuba diving too.
November is also the time when you may be lucky enough to see the coral spawning too.
