Scuba diving on the Ningaloo Reef Western Australia

Some of my best dives have been on the Ningaloo Reef in Western Australia.

The abundance of see life there is amazing. One thing that I always remember is the large Yellow Sea snakes I saw there.

Some of them were curled up on the sea bed and some were swimming around. But one thing they all had in common was how big they were!

The other two aspects of the Ningaloo Reef I enjoyed was swimming with whale sharks and the huge manta rays they get there. With the manta ray experience I was fortunate to have them barrel roll underneath me showing their white under-belly.

Theres such an abundance of sea creatures there, which is not to mention the Dugongs, which are like sea elephants and similar to the Manatees of Florida.

I would certainly recommend Western Australia, as there are less tourists there and it’s an amazing place to visit.
